The Body Shop Anti-Imperfection Night Mask Review

I was recently asked to share my skincare routine so I thought it was about time to start talking more about my favourite skincare products. About 2 years ago I had my first real acne breakout, it wasn't just regular frustrating pimples but a full acne breakout and it wasn't pleasant at all. I started to try out different products designed to tackle spots, acne and troubled skin.

The first brand that I turned to was The Body Shop. A brand I knew well, my mum was once an area manager for the body shop and I knew they were cruelty free which has always been my top priority. I bought some of the tea tree range after reading many different reviews and watching YouTube videos.

One of the products I bought is the tea tree anti-imperfection night mask. It's a face mask that you leave on your face overnight, it has a sort of thin gel like consistency and it feels quite cooling on your skin.

It takes about an hour or two for it to dry on your face, so best put it on a few hours before you go to bed so your face doesn't stick to your pillow (learn from my mistakes ha!) apply a thin - medium layer of the mask. Out of everything I've tried this was my favourite product that genuinely works at calming down my skin and reducing the size and redness of my spots and acne. I was using it almost every single night when I had my acne breakout and it was really helping and now I use it when I have the odd pimple breakout.

I've only got enough for another use or two in this jar and it's something I'm going to be repurchasing soon because its a miracle worker in my opinion.

You don't need to use it all over your face, you can simply put apply some just on your problem areas.

Disclaimer , if you are suffering from a nasty acne breakout, I do recommend talking to your doctor because sometimes you need more than what you can buy from a shop.
